  • 50% of the daily rate is required to confirm the hunt.  The balance is payable on arrival.

  • Payment by telegraphic transfer or cash or by arrangement between us and your agent.

  • 2% Zimbabwe Tourist Authority (ZTA) levy chargeable on daily rates.

  • 4% levy on trophy fees.

  • Prices may be altered without notice but once a hunt deposit-confirmed daily rates and throphy fee increases will not be changed for your hunt.

  • All meat belongs to Cawston Ranch.
  • Clients will have many meals with the meat of the animals hunted and it is amazingly delicious.

  • 2nd Trophy animal, if available on quota, may be allowed but may come with a  50% surcharge.

  • More than one each of the female animals listed may be taken.

  • Those whose countries are signatories to the CITES convention, especially Americans, must bring with them a photocopy (preferably notarised) of their CITES leopard import permit (keeping the original for their files).
